Finding Plants Service



Are you interested in locating just one or a few plants, and you don't want to buy the book?

We can help!

We are now providing a plant-finding service, tailored just to your needs. Here's how it works:

  • You send us an email, telling us which plants you wish to locate retail sources for.


  • We will, within 24 hours, email back to you, advising you how many from your list we are able to find sources for.


  • Included in our email to you will be the cost for this service. We will only charge for the number of plants we are able to find.


  • You then mail to us (US postal service) a check for the amount (in US funds only), and as soon as we receive that check, we will mail or email (your choice) you the sources for the plants you've requested.


  • Included in our reply to you will be complete contact information about the nursery or nurseries that sell each plant: nursery name, address, phone number, fax number, email address, website, hours, etc.

Our price structure is as follows:

$5 for locating one or more sources for 1 plant
$10 for locating sources for 2 - 4 plants
$15 for locating sources for 5 - 10 plants.

We can locate long lists of plants also, but it would be more economical for you to buy the book and find them yourself. If, however, you are interested in this service for more than ten plants, please email us and we can negotiate a price.

Please be aware that our plant-finding service, for the most part, makes use of The Plant LocatorŪ, although at our option, we may use other means. We do not verify that the nurseries that listed these plants in The Plant LocatorŪ have them currently in stock, but we will guarantee the accuracy of the information, as it was provided by the nursery at the time the book was compiled.
